Training and Boarding
Big Sky Brits Kennels, LLC kennels and training grounds are located just southwest of Livingston, Montana nestled on the north slope of Wine Glass Mountain in the Absaroka-Beartooth Range. There is an abundance of Hungarian Partridge and Mountain Grouse for developing young dogs’instincts. In addition, homer pigeons and pen raised game birds are used for training.
There are plenty of training aids and equipment available to assist in bringing out a dog’s potential. Your dog is guaranteed to have plenty of personal, "hands-on" attention during his/her training experience at our facilities that include a regimen of yard, obedience, table, bird and conditioning work. All the components needed to transition your hunting companion from a pup to a gun dog.

Big Sky Brits Kennels, LLC kennel facilities include roomy, heated indoor/outdoor runs with a sloped concrete slab and kennel decking to keep dogs off the cement. Automatic waterers, ceiling fan and a warm/cold hose spicket for bathing dogs. All runs are disinfected regularly to insure a healthy canine environment.
Big Sky Brits Kennels, LLC Training/Boarding Checklist:
1. Vaccinations must be given 10 days prior to boarding. Veterinarian Proof of Vaccinations is required:
- Bordatella (Kennel Cough)
- Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus
- Rabies
- Heartworm Medication (during summer months)
2. Bring along any medications and clear instructions for use
3. Double stitched leather or sturdy vinyl collar with a "D-ring"
4. Clean bedding to sleep on
5. Toy(s) to play with
6. Food and treats (we proudly feed Purina Pro Plan premium dog food)
